Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and possess a thorough understanding of RF System design and trouble shooting. Job would include installation and maintenance of the latest in Motorola Analog and Digital radio technology for both mobile and fixed applications for Government, Large Enterprise, Healthcare, Education and Commercial customers.

Applicant should have a minimum of an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent, clean driving record, valid driver's license and must be willing to work occasional overtime when necessary and from time to time take after hours calls in rotation with other team members. A CET certification from ETA is a plus.

An  ERS-OCI Wireless Inside Sales Representative should be an energetic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidate must have the aptitude to learn wireless communication products and services. Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

An Outside Sales Representative has the responsibility for developing new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships and collaborating with Marketing on company growth. Candidate must be highly effective at networking and developing/maintaining lasting relationships. Candidate must have the aptitude to learn wireless communication products and services and also have the drive to work efficiently independently, without close supervision.
